Please return any unworn item that doesn't meet your expectations within 60 days of purchase for a prompt refund or exchange. Include the original receipt, and in the case of an exchange, please let us know what you would like instead. If you request a refund, we will issue it in the same form that you made payment. We don't reimburse shipping costs.
How to return online
Log in to Sympatico and go to My Account (top right of page). An account exists if you ordered even if you did not register and checked out as a guest. If you don't have your password, click Forgot your password? and create a new one. Go to My Account/Completed Orders and select the order you wish to return. If you are exchanging an item, tell us what you'd like instead so we can put it on hold for you. Fill out the form and click the green button at the bottom: Submit Return Request. Send your package back!
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item(s) were damaged in transit, please save the packaging and contact Sympatico before making a return. If the item is defective, please note the nature of the defect on your receipt and return it with the item to the address shown below. We will ship a replacement at our expense and reimburse you for your return shipping.
